The Holidays

So Curt and I had some very exciting news to tell all our family over the Holidays:) Although we told my parents when we found out we wanted to keep it a secret until Christmas cuz we had this great idea to tell Curtis' side. We wrapped baby stuff up, one gift for each family member, and on Christmas morning when we all sat down to open gifts dad handed our gifts out and told everyone to open all of them together. At this point I was so stinking excited to see their reactions:) Dawna was the first one to catch on when she saw what she had opened she jumped up and screamed, "Are you kidding me" I was not expecting a reaction like that. Now that they knew it was time to let grandparents, aunts, uncle, and cousins know:) So we went to Christmas dinner at grandmas and before dinner we sat down to open gifts from grandma and grandpa. We thought it would be fun if we opened diapers in front of everyone:) we went around the circle and when it got to us we ripped open our gift and everyone was so excited cuz they knew right away what that ment:) If you haven't guessed yet that's right we are pregnant:) Baby is due August 4, 2011. And that is how our Holiday went:) oh we get to hear the baby's heartbeat on Tues Jan 4th:) yay
